Facilities
Same login the technology office already runs. No extra line item.
Plainly
Portal form, email, or phone. Sorted into HVAC, plumbing, electrical, custodial, keys and doors, or grounds, prioritized, and routed, with a service-level clock on business hours.
Technicians and custodians work the queue from the mobile web app on any phone (the iOS app is in testing on TestFlight): photos, site, status, notes. Reports and CSV by site, category, priority, and service-level compliance, or ask in plain English.
No preventive-maintenance schedules, inspections, parts inventory, vendor dispatch, rentals, or event scheduling today. Keep the tool that does those.
Price
$0.85 per student above 5,000, $0.70 above 20,000, $900 minimum.
| What districts pay for facilities software, from public board records | Students | Annual cost | Beacon District plan, same enrollment |
|---|---|---|---|
| MasterLibrary Work Orders, Paulsboro Public Schools (NJ), 2024–25 bills list | about 1,300 | $2,250 | $1,300, including IT help desk and devices |
| MasterLibrary facilities management, Avonworth School District (PA), 2021–22 agenda | about 1,950 | not to exceed $3,550 | $1,950, including IT help desk and devices |
| Brightly Asset Essentials Core Plus, Council Bluffs Community Schools (IA), year one of a 36-month term quote | about 8,500 | $17,829 | $8,014, including IT help desk and devices |
Sources: the linked public board documents. Enrollment is the published count, rounded. Brightly and MasterLibrary include preventive maintenance and inventory, which Beacon does not. Beacon includes the IT help desk and 1:1 device tracking, which they do not. Rentals are separate everywhere: MasterLibrary Schedules cost Oswego CUSD 308 (IL) $9,000 for 2025–26 (bills list), and Facilitron charges renters, not the district.
